Terms of service
The service
Discocut edits videos from footage you provide. Storyboards are free within daily limits. Finished videos cost credits.
Your account
Keep your password private. You’re responsible for what happens under your account. We may pause accounts that abuse the service.
Your content
You keep all rights to your footage and the finished videos. You give us permission to store and process them only to provide the service. Only upload footage you have the right to use.
Credits and refunds
A video costs credits by the length its storyboard plans, and comes with the included revision rounds. If making a paid video fails, the credits are refunded automatically. Purchased credits are not refundable except where the law requires it.
Your own API keys
Using your own provider keys isn’t available yet. When it is, usage on your keys is billed by those providers under their terms, and you can remove your keys at any time.
Changes
We may change these terms. If a change matters, we’ll tell you by email before it applies.
